A FASHION SHOW WITH A MESSAGE
Dare to Care and The Inspire Project are hitting the runway on May 4th at the Petroleum Club, to STRUT against bullying. The inaugural fashion show featuring local designers and boutiques, is sending a message to prevent bullying in our schools and communities.
Join us for a night of fashion, art and entertainment with appearances by Inspire Project’s mini heroes, local dance companies, Army of Sass and Pulse Studios and special musical guest, Jocelyn Alice.
Come bid on an array of incredible silent auction items, sip on bubbles or take part in the whiskey tasting by Burwood Distillery.
This will be a night to remember.
Doors Open at 7:00pm
Show Starts at 8:30pm
The inspiration for the show started with a group of Calgary fashion models who throughout each of their struggles are survivors of bullying. Through modelling, they found their confidence. This diverse and beautiful group wanted a platform to send a positive message. While Fashion fosters the clichés of beauty, real beauty is what makes us unique.
